Designer on Demand - 2 Hour Retainer

This service is perfect for you if:

• You are making major home decisions and need a professional to weigh in on your choices
• You are shopping for your home and need a second opinion on your selections
• You need help sourcing specific items for your home and not sure where to shop
• You have an ongoing project where you are the contractor but need advice on what materials, finishes, and colors work well together or to confirm the choices you selected
• You are a Builder or Real Estate Investor who would like a Designer’s eye on your floor plans and finish selections before executing the design
• You are remodeling or flipping a home and need a professional to review architectural plans and flow of the space before walls are framed and things are built according to plan
• You need ongoing design support from a professional on as-needed basis

How our Designer on Demand Service Works:

• STEP 1: Purchase your preferred time block range in blocks of 2, 4, or 6 hours
• STEP 2: Schedule your first meeting for a current project
• STEP 3: We will track our time spent with you and report to you bi-weekly to show how time was used and what time remains from your time-block.

Time blocks must be used within a 90 day period. If you have time remaining after the 90 day period, time will expire and be voided. There will be no refunds for unused time.
NOTE: Designer On Demand is not an immediate help service or call-line. All meetings must be scheduled in advance during our regular office hours (Monday - Friday 9:00-6:00 PM / Saturday by Appointment Only, Sunday Closed).
